Hi can anyone tell me about the coral house

My friend looked at Coral House for her wedding next year and it was awful. The price is right but the people who helped her were terrible. She made an appointment to go and see the place and discuss pricing- She even called to confirm the appointment. When she got there no one wanted to help them. She said the "Beautiful pond" outside looked more like a swamp than anything else. It was terrible. And she told me that she spoke to different people who have attended events there and was told that the food was not too good and was cold.
