Why is no one getting back to me about anything?

Dressmaker 1 isn't getting back to me with a quote on my dress.
Friend isn't getting back to me with the details of dressmaker 2 so I can ask her for a quote on my dress.
Boss isn't getting back to me about whether I need to be there for the course next week or not (and I need to make my travel arrangements ASAP)
Bank isn't getting back to me about my smart device application.
Winner B isn't getting back to me with his picture for the Winners album.
Winners J and L aren't getting back to me so I can pass their details onto the sponsors.

What is wrong with people?!

    Ugh, I hate when you're just sitting around waiting for people to give you answers. It blows. Hopefully they get back to you soon. Could you go to dress 1 in person and talk to her? It might speed things along.

    I definitely would if I could, but unfortunately not. Dressmaker 1 is approximately 4 hours away. :( Which is why I need her to get back to me with a quote ASAP, because if she's going to make my dress I need to organise travel for 3-4 fittings in the next 9 months. I'll give her a call after the weekend if I haven't heard back from her - it's one of our largest bridal expos this weekend, so she's probably just swamped with that.

    @cruffino - only the first two points on that list are wedding related, the rest of it is work. But I get what you're saying anyway. It's just a pain. I hate being in a state of not knowing.

    Super annoying. The worst is when things are clearly important (hello boss) but are not given the proper attention. That drives me nuts in a work setting.

    Seriously!

    She did eventually get back to me, and I don't have to go up for the course, which makes me really happy, because I really don't feel like traveling right now.

    Also Winners B and L got back to me, and Winner J missed the deadline for contacting us so we'll redraw and pick a new winner. So that's good.

    Still waiting on the dressmaker, the friend, and the bank though.
