Wednesday Accountability

At dinner last night, I did not stick to my plan to only have 2 glasses of wine (shocking). BUTTTTTTTTTT I did track all of them and so I feel good about that at least.

B: Small fruit cup (0), hard-boiled eggs (4), ham (3), coffee with milk (1)
L: Romaine with cherry tomatoes (0), smoked turkey breast (3), zesty italian dressing (2), sun dried tomato halves (1)
S: Banana (0), baby carrots (0)

Total: 26/26

    E: 4-5 mile run this morning, 20 minute walk this afternoon. I should be fine on calories for the day, hopefully -200 or so.

  • After the funtastic time (not) dress shopping yesterday, I did horrible at dinner, but I tracked, so that counts.

  • Yesterday sucked because I didn't make it to CrossFit in time because I was at the DMV for 2 hours! UGH! So I missed my workout but I won't miss it tonight!

  • Yesterday went well overall. Our tasting was fabulous and I probably ate too much but oh well!!

    B: Hot Chocolate, coffee, banana - 3 pts

    L: Chicken drumstick, orzo, chickpeas - 8 pts

    D: Leftover night - having a half serving each of spicy cauliflower soup and beef stroganoff - 11 pts

    E: Elliptical during lunch and then hot yoga tonight!

    Lunch usually comes with some sort of dessert cup but I don't know what it is yet. I still have like...10 points remaining today so I'm fine.

    L:  stuffed acorn squash (chicken sausage, apple, celery, onion, dried cherries)

    S:  apple or blood orange, maybe a larabar before our workout if I feel hungry

  • @swazzle FI bought it for chips, but I use it for carrots. It's made by the Helluva Good people. It's okay, I could probably make one that tastes a million times better.

  • Yesterday I did great with eating and great with working out...just not so great with wine consumption (I got home at 9 pm after a 14 hour stressful work-day and used that as an excuse). Sigh...have to stop that.

    B: Egg whites and tomato

    L: Black beans and quinoa

    D: Either an Amy's lean microwave meal (not the best I know for sodium) or a chicken salad and ONE (just one) glass of wine.

    S: Apple

     

     

  • Stupid Knot won't let me edit my post but forgot exercise

    E: Either 45 minute cycling class (which I hate...do any of you do cycling? How does your butt not get sore?) or 45 minute Fusion class (which I'm not too pumped about either) at lunch.  Wednesday afternoon classes suck at my gym lately.  I'd much prefer to take an evening dance (hip-hop) class but have a feeling I'll be in meetings tonight.

  • @minskat30 - you bum gets used to cycling if you do it regularly.  You can get a padded seat or padded shorts (or even padded underwear).  I have to get back into cycling, tomorrow registration for my area's 'Bike MS' opens for the August ride.

  • @Dignity100 - I tried it since it was the 11:30 class and the only one I could get away to. It wasn't too bad but I'll be sore tomorrow. I'll look into the padded shorts.
