Need help finding Green Bay area reception site

Good morning, ladies!

I'm trying to help out a friend who is in need of a reception site in the Green Bay area in October or November (they're looking for a Friday and are flexible on the date.)  They don't want a typical ballroom and were planning to go with Black Forest Inn, but I guess it will be closing. : (  They need room for about 150 people.  Please let me know if you have any ideas!

    National Railroad Museum! We photographed a wedding reception there and it was INCREDIBLE! It is very unique (you literally have a locomotive in the reception area) and the wedding we shot had a 250 guest count so her guests would fit easily!

    I have a friend with a wedding there as we speak! (railroad museum).  Weidner Center would be cool....I can't really think of anything that isnt your average ballroom.

    You could also try Heritage Hill.

    Where did you hear that the Black Forest is closing?  I have my reception booked to be there next October and I have heard nothing.. Yikes.... This makes me nervous?

    I hadn't heard they were closing either?  Heritage Hill has reception areas, and Botanical Gardens will have on eventually but I'm not sure when.

    we are using heritage hill for our reception this july and stadium view for our reception - they have DEALS for Friday Receptions.. check them out!
