Bachelorette ideas with some bridesmaids under 21

Hello all!
I am a bridesmaid in a wedding coming up next fall and there are 4 of us, 2 of the girls are will be or already are 20 by the time of the wedding.
The maid of honor and I are trying to decide some locations (trips) to take two 20 year olds who can fully enjoy all the festivities of the night.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions??

Thank you all so much!

  • Are you sure everyone wants to pay for a trip? If they are younger they may not be interested in paying another few hundred dollars before a wedding they need to also stand up in. If you have younger BMs, some great options are a spa day or an amusement park. Maybe cooking lessons or a sporting event.

  • Here are some ideas

    • Movies
    • Putt Putt
    • Mani/Pedi
    • Painting class (in my area BYOB painting classes are becoming popular but since it's more about the art and not drinking the under aged BM would probably still have fun)
    • Comedy club
    • Bowling
    • Girls night in watching a bunch of chick flicks

Sorry it's not location ideas, not sure where you are so it makes it hard. But I figured I would at least give you some ideas of things to do together.

  • Erikan took most of my thoughts.

    Also:

    • Laser tag / paint balling if you all are a more active group
    • Musical concert
    • 18+ (opposed to 21+) dance clubs
    • A Bed & Breakfast inn

What city does the bride and majority of the bridal party live in? Might give a better idea on possible trips.

Not only might they not be interested, they may just not have the money or time for an out of town trip-especially if they are in school.  I'd clarify this before you set your heart on a trip.
  • spa day or day at the beach followed by a nice dinner out.
  • Why are you and the MOH trying to plan a trip w/o asking the others what their budget is or what they might like to do?

  • Bingo? Go to a Zoo?  Street fair/State Fair?  Shopping spree at a mall (then those who want to spend money can and the others can just hang out)?  Local Casino?  Camping?

  • I would say spa-day, and it maybe a good chance for the bride to get her hair and make-up trials done then go out to a nice dinner at an upscale lounge.
