Looking for someone to sublease our October 4, 2014 wedding date at the beautiful Semple Mansion in Minneapolis, MN. My fiancé and I are postponing our wedding due to illness. Im really sick and unable to plan for a wedding at this time. The Semple Mansion is a stunning venue. You would have the Mansion for the whole day from 9am-midnight. The Beautiful Semple Mansion is allowing me to sublease our wedding date, so if anyone is interested in taking the date please contact me. I have had severe health problems and we are postponing ourwedding date. You would get the mansion from 9am-Midnight on October 4, 2014. Let me know if your interested in subleasing. 

the sublease would receive access to the mansion the
entire day on October 4, 2014 including the foyer, Copper Lounge, wine
grotto, ballroom, bridal suite and groom billiards room. The price
would also include the following;

Taxes
Bar Setup
Chavari Chairs
Guest Greeter
5 High Top cocktail tables
Parking for 200 cars
5 Low Top cocktail tables
Set up/Clean Up
