XP: How do I handle this?!

The wedding is 11 weeks away, and my FI and I are the only ones who have our attire. I picked the dress out for my BMs several months ago, and they all loved it.. No one has ordered their dress. How do I tell them they need to get their dresses ASAP without sounding like a bridezilla?
I am getting really anxious, and I REALLY don't want to come off as rude, disrespectful, or bitchy...
Please help me!

Basically. The other option you have is you COULD talk to your consultant at DB. It is part of their job to make phone calls to brides and bridesmaids who have yet to order. Maybe place a call to your consultant, and ask her if she could contact the girls to get them in gear. Of course, this only works if you have been in with the girls and they have already given their information to your consultant. If not, you could always maybe send out a mass email to them... something very casual.... like "Hey guys, just wanted to remind you that the consultant said our dresses are supposed to be ordered by now, so if you haven't, can you please place your order by _____." Make sure your deadline includes a pay day. That way, no one feels like you are singling them out. Good luck!

What date did the store say was the deadline in order to get the dresses in in time for the wedding?  Did you discuss budget with each of your BMs in private before shopping for dresses and then choose a dress within the lowest budget?

David's Bridal told us we should have them ordered 12-16 weeks before the wedding.
Yes, I did discuss budget with them, and the dress is below everyone's maximum amount.

I think you should say "The wedding is in 11 weeks and David's Bridal told us to allow 12-16 weeks so you need to order now."
