Help fashion question

so me and my fiance are getting married december 2014 ireally want to wear a shorter cocktail style wedding dress were getting married out side i was thinking of pairing with a cute black faux fur jacket. but i really dont want to freeze so would black tights work?

I personally don't like it when a bride wears a lot of black. I would say the jacket is fine but maybe go with a different colored tights or something. Just my opinion though.

Where are you located and how cold will it be? 

I wouldn't mind the jacket, but the black tights would be an eye sore to me. Have you considered buying or renting two propane heaters to place near the altar? Or, if budget allows, why don't you wear a long dress for the ceremony and a short dress for the reception?
