Hi everyone and congrats to you all. I'm here trying to help a friend getting married in St. Petersburg. Can anyone suggest a rehearsal dinner place? She wants to spend 20-30 per head for 33 people (preferably near Don Cesar). If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
