Monday Accountability

B: Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte from Starbucks, tall (2 pts), Special K w/ Red Berries and 1% milk (6 pts)

L: Unsure

D: Slow Cooker Ginger Pork - new recipe, I'm excited for it! (9 pts)

E: None unless it's slow at work this afternoon and I can get in a walk with the dog.

I'm not sure if it's because of my antibiotics are finally done but today I woke up and felt more fit/more thin. I stepped on the scale even though it wasn't my weigh in day and my weight was down a couple lbs from last week. Maybe whatever was making me so fat feeling (and honestly looking) last week has run its course.

    D- Quinoa with gorgonzola sauce with chopped tomatoes and grilled chicken

    E- CrossFit- lots of cardio today!

    I don't know if you ladies are doing WW or what...but i'm going to start posting in here just to hold myself accountable. I'm not on WW, but i'm really trying to stick to my own plan. Here it goes!

    B - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 slice toast, 5 olives, 4 oz greek yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries

    S - Granola

    L - 4 oz shredded chicken, 1/4 avocado, tomato, 3/4 cup carrots,  Apple

    S - protein bar

    D - 4 oz steak, 3/4 cup each onions and mushrooms, butter, 1/4 cup brown rice

    E - Taking Remi to the dog park for a couple miles of walking

  • @allusive007 I'm on WW and I think @Swazzle just started and @buddysmom80 is also on WW I think. Either way, I don't think this is supposed to be a WW only thread. :) I just post the points because it helps remind me to go on the website and actually track.

    I'm off today but still tracking! I also tracked everything I ate all weekend.

    B: Eggs with salsa and mexican cheese (4), slice of pork roll (2)
    L: Leftover macaroni casserole (7)
    D: Crockpot Balsamic Roast Beef (7), roasted cauliflower (2)
    S: Cheddar Quakes (2), mini Babybel (2)

    Total: 26/26



  • B:  1 slice whole wheat toast with PB, 1/2 sliced banana, honey drizzle

    L:  4" sourdough bread (with the inside gutted to make room for my sandwich), roast beef, 1/4 avocado, mozzarella, romaine, hot sauce; pink lady apple and a few cashews

    D:  4 oz non-A red wine, ST shepherd's pie (I doubled the filling) -- I had a pretty large portion; cara cara orange


    WO: Insanity Recovery Week; yard/garden work for 2 hours
