I would have the guys up at the front with your groom.  Then have the BMs and Jr BM (all single file) and FGs walk in together.  Your MOH is last right before you.  For the recessional, MOH/BM, the 3 BMs/GMs, the 2 Jr BMs together and then your FGs together.  How young are your FGs?  If you are afraid of them freezing during the walk, then pair off a FG with a Jr BM.
  • no right or wrong.  Commonly the guys just enter from the side to the front.  have the flower girls walk together, the the Jr BMs together followed by the individual bridedmaids and MOH.  When they recess, Have the BM/MOH pair up with a GM/BM then the kids follow.

we had it all mixed up.  My groom walked with his mom.  Our best man walked Grandma. The girls walked solo down a path and then were met at the top of the aisle by a groomsman.  One of my bridesmaids was the mom of our young flower girl so she walked the path with her daughter and then FG ran to grammy and my friend walked right before me. The girls paired with a guy in the recessional.  The flower girl & ring bearer did not stand for the ceremony, they sat with their family.

  • 1st, if all they are doing is walking down the aisle and holding flowers, then they are BMs regardless of age.  I'd drop the Jr title, it's silly.

You could have the Groom and GMs process down the aisle individually or walk in from the side of your church/venue, then have your BM's walk down the aisle, followed by your MOH, and then the flower girls; Typically the flower girls process in right before the bride.
