I'm buying my dress tonight!  SQUEEEE!

I tried a bunch of dresses last night, and this was the first one and nothing else compared.  The photo doesn't do it justice.  No photo I've found online does it justice.  It's freaking gorgeous.  I felt like an opera star in this dress.  I forced myself to sleep on it but I have an appointment to go back tonight.

Very pretty! Are you getting it in the champagne color it's shown in? I'm having the worst time not sharing my favorite dresses with my FI so I totally get wanting to paste pics of the dress all over fb.

Mine is very much like this except my A line is a little floofier and my split has a gorgeous blue organza coming out of it.

Thanks everyone . It is the champagne color. It looked lighter when I went back than I remembered but so pretty! I am surprised at how anxious this decision made me.

I'm thinking about knitting a bolero to wear over it because I hate strapless dresses and my arms - seriously, I am 2 feet tall and look like a linebacker from the armpits up.

You made me smile, because that is the dress, same color, that I picked for my wedding. I thought it actually looked ugly in the bag, but once I put it on I loved it. The style is traditional, but the color makes it different. Awesome choice!!!

I thought the same thing! I loved the ruching and the appliques but thought it looked dumpy in the bag. My brother actually insisted that I try it on and I ended up loving it.
