Modern Ceremony/Reception Venue in Green Bay?

I'm not too familiar with the Green Bay area, does anyone know of a modern/minimalist sort of space for a wedding?  I don't care too much for the traditional look, I know there's a lot of that.

    What about:

    Heritage Hill
    Rail Road Museum
    KI Center
    Green Bay Botanical Gardens
    Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary
    A Library?
    A Park?
    The Weidner center
    Somewhere at St. Norbert's College?
    Somewhere at UW-Green Bay?

Isn't there an old dinner theater in De Pere?  I wonder if you could rent that out?

I second the Weidner Center! Also, the Ravine is very pretty! somewhat traditional like, but not as much as everything else, there are big windows facing the woods/ravine in back.
