How much to tip?

I know this has been asked before but I don't want to take the time to look through all the posts since I am creating a vendor payment chart with the balance, when it's due, and the tip so that I can see where we are with our budget.

Please help if you can either with percentage or dollar amount. IF you wouldn't tip someone on my list, please let me know too.

Florist
Hair and Make-up Stylist
Limo Driver
Cake Bakery
Bartender
Ceremony Musician
DJ
Reception Venue (since they also provide the food)

It doesn't give anything for the florist, bakery or reception hall

As a general rule, the banquet / catering staff are already tipped between a 15-20% gratuity already. You can always ask you venue about their practices. Personally, for my area at least, it is very uncommon for parties to tip the baker. Not sure what the *proper* etiquette is on that though.

I'd think that you'd only tip the bakery if they delivery, in which case I'd think maybe 10%? But I have 0 experience.

I didn't tip my photographer or florist because they own their own businesses. I tipped the hair stylist 20%, like I always do on salon services. The only other thing I had was cater waiters and I tipped them $40 each for three hours of service (I still agonize over whether that was enough).

I wouldn't tip anyone who works for themselves or owns their own business.
