I am a Maid of Honor for my sister's wedding. For her Bridal Shower, I'd like to have a Brunch Cocktail Party and Buffet. Which is the best way to go about what I am envisioning in my mind?

- Assorted Macaroons, Chocolate
covered Strawberries, cookies, brownies
- Make your own Crepe Station
- Make your own Omelet Station

- Assorted Mini Bagels with Assorted Cream Cheese and Butter

With a Mimosa Bar, Juices, coffees (espresso, cappuccino,
regular), champagne
Any idea on how to even get this started? Should I get a venue first that will allow an off-site caterer or ask the venue to put together a custom menu?
