I'm going in and asking my boss for a big raise. Not to toot my own horn (OK, I am) but I work my ass off and I deserve more money. I took a huge pay cut when I started working here 6 years ago and I'm still not where I want to be. 

I'm so nervous I'm sick to my stomach. Ugh.

You can do it!  Also think about negotiating for other benefits while you're in there, more vacation, flex time, etc.
