I am looking for a trust worthy seamstress to remake a Oscar De La Renta gown from Fall 2013 that was never produced. Does anyone have any leads?

I seem to recall an article in the NYT about wedding dress / suit makers. You can go to their webpage and search for past articles. If you can find it, I believe they mentioned some by name.
