Bourbon Vieux vs. Pat O's On The River

Hi ladies! As I mentioned before I'm an OOT bride.  We can't quite get in to actually taste the food, but we need to book something soon.  We are deciding between the Bourbon Vieux and Pat O's on the River.  Has anyone had experiences with these places, particularly with the food?!  Thanks!

    I can't really comment on the food, but I would say Pat O's on the River is a nicer location.

    I was in a wedding at Pat O's. Don't remember much about the food because I was too intoxicated from the awesome Pat O's lemonades that they kept churning out. It was an AWESOME wedding.

    I am so excited about my wedding at Pat O's. The cake allowance and reception flowers included helped us make the decision. As well as the Pat O's signature cocktails :) 
    The food options seemed good to us and we got recommendations from others that the food is good.

    My wedding was at Pat O's this past June. Everything there was PERFECT. The food was delicious (or so I was told, I was too busy dancing and greeting people to really eat), the drinks/bar was fabulous (we had 350 people and there was never any crowding since they have 3 bars). Libby (the wedding coordinator) was fabulous and made sure everything we wanted was there and that the space looked perfect. We had NO complaints. I would SERIOUSLY recommend Pat O's to everyone!

    I think we're actually going with Bourbon Vieux.  I liked Pat O's until they told me not all of guests would have a seat (where I come from, this isn't ok) and if I wanted them to have a seat we'd have to pay for a minimum of 200 people (for a 100 person wedding).  :(  I'm glad you all had a great time though!  And FYI - Libby isn't there anymore.  She moved out of the city.

    I'm having mine at Bourbon Vieux, too! Taylor has been very accommodating and quick to respond to my millions of questions. Are you doing your ceremony in a separate venue? My wedding is in November so any info you can share about the space would be great! Happy planning :)

    Ceremony is at the pharmacy museum.  I'm getting married next April so you'll be first!  Let me know how it goes!
