    L: Salad with boiled egg, avocado, cheese, bleu cheese dressing, almonds

    D: Leftover enchilada casserole

  • Since I started my weight loss journey and really tracking - I'm down 8lbs (not as far as I'd hoped, but I'm still pretty happy!!)

    B:  Oatmeal, hot chocolate (35-calorie)
    L: Soup
    D: ????
    S:  crackers, veggies & dip (if I'm in the mood)
    E:  I disinfected my desk at work - does that count??  I'll probably crash when I get home.

    I've got a cold still so my appetite isn't all that existent

    L:  tomatillo green chile pork with queso fresco, cherries

  • Ugh....I felt a little bit hungover this morning plus I ate all the things last night.

    B: Banana (0), Special K Almond Cereal (5) and milk (2), coffee

    L: Butternut Squash Ravioli (6) w/ Pumpkin Sauce (3)

    D: Unsure...going to get my hair cut and highlighted immediately after work today.

    E: I'm going to try really hard to get to the gym during my lunch today and do some cardio and weights.

    B - Cheerios, dry.
    L - left over pasta in meat sauce
    D - vegetable fajitas

    E - 30 Day Shred, level 2 - I gained .4 lbs from last week...probably all yesterday. Stupid Super Bowl parties and their delicious food.

  • I ate way too much this weekend, but I think my stomach has definitely shrunk due to how well I've been eating lately, and overeating makes me feel like crap. Happy to be back on the wagon today.

    B: Coffee with cream and sugar
    L: Yoplait Coconut Blended Yogurt (omg, so good.) and a few pita chips
    D: Eggplant lasagna with meat sauce, and garlic bread (saving most of my calories for this, since I'm still too full from yesterday to eat much for breakfast & lunch)

    E: Probably my 10 minute arm workout.
