Hello, my wedding was last weekend and it was great! Here are the vendors I used. Florist - Belle Fiori (Milwaukee) A+, Emily was great, she had everything there on time in its right place and her service was amazing. The designs were beautiful and exactly what I pictured! Ceremony - Old St. Mary's Church (Milwaukee) A+, beautiful church, everything was great. Photographer - Manning Photography, A+, Pat was great the entire day, he was with us for over 12 hours and had great ideas. He coordinated everything and I am confident that our shots will be amazing. Reception Venue - InterContinental Milwaukee, B+, the room was very nice but I went through at least 3 coordinators in the past year which made things difficult to plan. The prices increased on us and things were hard to predict. The night of, it was hard to find the coordinator to ask questions. Overall, it was a beautiful location that I wouldn't have changed but it did cause a bit of stress along the way. Linens - BBJ - A, I rented napkins and a tablecloth for the cake table. It was easy to pick up and drop back off and the prices weren't too high. They aren't the most accomodating vendor but everything was fine. My Dress & Alterations - GiGi's Mequon - A+, my dress was great. I felt great in it and everyone commented on it. The selection is great there and you always receive great service. Alterations were moderately priced and it was nice to just have everything there. Bridesmaid Dresses - Eva's Bridal (Oak Creek) - A, the girls' dresses were very nice, they ran a great promotion so they were a good price. Everyone had alterations elsewhere but the dresses came in quickly. Guy's Attire - Harley's (Shorewood) - A+, the guys were great. We changed our mind a few times and they were very accomodating. We had to add one suit a week before and they made it happen. They have a great selection and the prices were very reasonable.Band - Swingomatics (Milwaukee) - A+, the band was awesome! They had 9 people and they kept the dance floor packed the whole night. It was a great time. Transportation - DMI (trolleys) - A, We had two trolleys transporting guests around Milwaukee. They were on time and kept everything moving. Cake - Simma's (Wauwatosa) - A+ for taste and design, B for service. The cake looked great and tasted great. Their service is just okay. They don't go above and beyond but we knew we wanted it to taste great so we dealt with it.Feel free to ask any questions. I will post pics soon!
