I'm having a problem with my online RSVP on my wedding website!
I created a Jane Doe/John Doe guest for testing. I go through the online RSVP. When RSVPing, I am required to insert an email address. I add in my own personal AOL address. I clicked submit.
I access my guest list on my Knot profile. (Profile>My Guest List>Wedding Guest List>View List>Responses tab.)
I see that Jane/John Doe show that they accepted, and I see their meal choices. I do NOT see any email address associated with their guest record in their popup box.
Also, I try the "Collect Addresses" option on my Guest List page. In the next screen, I see: Guests with email addresses: 0
This can't be right — Jane/John Doe inserted their email address when they RSVPed.
WHERE is the email address populating on my Knot guest list manager page???
