My fiance and I are considering Belle Terrace in Avon for our wedding reception. Their package information states there is a 20% "service fee", however the person we met with called it as a "gratuity" and he said they are the same thing when I questioned him. I am a bit confused since according to everything I've read and conversations with other venues, the service fee is NOT a gratuity that the service fee is used to pay staff and the gratuity is paid on top of that....
Obviously if we chose Belle Terrace we want to do the right thing.
Has anyone used Belle Terrace that can set the record straight? What have other brides done at their properties?
