Hello! I am hoping to wear my mom's Victorian revival wedding dress from the 1970s, but it needs a lot of work. The sheer part of the top needs to be replaced completely, the sleeves redone, and lace applique reapplied. Does anyone know of a seamstress in the Columbia area who could take on a job like this? Maybe someone who makes wedding dresses? Thanks so much!
