I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent service I have received from Minted over the past week. I received my invitations on Saturday, and when they arrived, I noticed that the phone number that was to be included on page 6 was not there. (I ordered the mini-book invitations, so they are different pages to my invites).
On Tuesday, I came back to Minted and sent a message using the contact feature on the site. Admittedly, I expected it to be a long drawn out process to get the invites fixed and didn't expect to hear back from anyone in a timely manner without calling. To my surprise, within a few short hours, I got an e-mail back! Not only did I get an e-mail back, the e-mail also let me know that my invites were being corrected and would be sent to the printer ASAP. By Tuesday evening, I recieved notification that my invites were sent to the printer with a 1-3 day turn around and then they would be sent via overnight mail to me.
What really shocked me was receiving notification that my corrected invites had already been printed and sent out for shipping. I was also provided with a tracking number and saw they were due to arrive on Thursday. Thursday mid-day I got notification that my invites had bee delivered and sure enough, they were waiting for me when I got home from work. I quickly opened them and the changes were made!
I couldn't be happier with the service that I received in regards to my incorrect invitations and I feel that this needs to be acknowledged. Yes, they were incorrect in the beginning, but the exceptional service of getting these corrected has proven to me that Minted truly cares about the needs of their customers and their customer satisfaction.
I'm just that... a satisfied customer and pleasantly surprised bride-to-be!
I highly recommened looking into Minted for your invitations and other stationary needs. Also, if you "chat" them while creating your invitations, they may provide you with a coupon code as they did for me (20% off). The quality is great and everyone thinks my invites are exceptionally unique!
