Wednesday Accountability

I'm shocked that I'm first today!!

B:  chunk of homemade bread with some butter, 2 eggs, bacon, blackberries; some of H's coffee with milk

S:  if I get a chance to eat it, a banana

L:  leftover chili, buttermilk corn muffin, apple

D:  ST artichoke and feta broiled chicken thighs, broccoli and orzo (mostly for H), roasted asparagus, pineapple

WO:  rest day

    B: Egg "salad" (2), skinny bagel (3), fruit cup (0)

    L: Spicy tuna roll (7), cucumber roll (3), salad with ginger dressing (3)

    D: WW BBQ Turkey Joe (7)

    S: Mini babybel (1), baby carrots (0)

    Total: 26/26

    E: Blogilates day 9: 10 squat jumps, 2 abs videos

    L- Two small turkey wraps and 3 oreos lol

    D- Leftover calzones which were not easy to make and they looked like a hot mess but they tasted fantastic!

  • @TwoDimes - I came to work today with no hat and no gloves and was blown away by how warm it was outside! And then I checked the temp and it's only 31 degrees lol This winter has been brutal!



  • B: Kix cereal, PB & J on sandwich thin, clementines

    L: Salad with egg, 1/2 avocado, salad dressing, cheese, almonds, chicken

    S: String cheese & banana

    D: Portobella mushrooms stuffed with chicken sausage (new recipe, thanks to @brisox81!)

    E: 1 hour of cardio. My CW did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and she said that she would do two days of Jillian, one day of cardio, two days, jillian, one day cardio and then one off day just to give her muscles a rest. I'm going to give it a try and see how that goes. I'm more sore today than I was yesterday too, which is good.

  • @swazzle I did the same thing this morning no hat no gloves, and I get in my car and it was only in the 30's.... it's been a long cruel winter

  • I feel bad... it was 50* when I walked in to work today (felt like 45*) and it'll get up to 70* today.  but starting tomorrow, we'll be down in the 50's for highs and 20's/30's for lows.  SO MUCH BETTER than what it was the past few weeks!  I've had no tights on the past two days, it's wonderful!!
  • I know!!!  they'll be back tomorrow, though.  it's been glorious.
