Beach ceremony without sand on our feet?

We are getting married in Pt. Pleasant NJ and I really want the ceremony to be near the water. My fiancé does not want sand on his feet. Anyone know of a place near Pt Pleasant with a pier that can hold 200 people for a ceremony? Suggestions for minimal sand on feet? Thank you!
