What have you booked?

We've booked the Church, the reception/caterer, photographer, cake, flowers, hair and makeup, band, purchased the STDs, and hotel block. My dress is bought and paid for but it's not going to be in until Feb and then I'll need alterations I have a lady to do those. We've picked out wedding invites but not ordered. We still have to get a flower girl dress and kid's tux for our kids, a tux for the groom, hire a calligrapher, book our honeymoon, hire a day of coordinator, and book a limo. It feels like I still have a ton to do!
