Wedding Cakes

Hey everyone,
What are all you Southeastern brides paying for cake? I really want a Simma's cake, but I'm not sure I can fit it in my budget! 
Recommendations, anyone?

    Hiya 
    I booked Simma's for my wedding cake and the estimated cost is a little over $500, mones will serve about 150 people. If you order a cake  and it servers over 100 people they give you the top tier for free.

    Ohh I forgot to add their cake tasting is free and they can give you an estimated cost at the time of the tasting

    We are looking at Aggie's or Cakes While You Wait.  Both have really yummy cakes!!  My brother got his wedding cake from Simma's and I was not very impressed with it.
