DIY Pocket invites

I have been very fortunate to have a MOH (aka "baby" sister) who is a talented artist and graphic design major.  Her gift to me was to do the wedding cards.  She did an amazing job.   Now I am looking for the "pocket" accessory to go with them (for the RSVP card and the direction/accommodation info for OOT guests.  I can't find any in the right size (invites are 8.5x5.5 flat card and fit in an A9 envelope).   Before buying a complete kit and reprinting, I figured I'd ask here.  

I already looked at Staples, AC Moore, and Michael's.  None sell just the pockets.  I went to a couple of sites online, but all I could find were pockets to fit smaller A7 invites/envelopes.

I was just going to suggest www.cardsandpockets.com. 

Since I'm the crafty one in my family, I'm making my sister's pocket invitations for her.  I was originally planning to cut and fold the pockets myself, but then realized I could buy them premade from that site for almost the same cost as buying the paper and making them from scratch.  We are using the Signature A7 pockets, but we have been very happy with them and the quality.
