Wednesday Accountability

L: Burrito from the food cart outside (chicken)

S: None, I'll be STUFFED. If I get hungry, I'll sip on some green tea

D: Pork Chops Saltimbocca (new recipe). I was going to make the chicken curry crockpot recipe that @lmhollister gave me, but we had chicken last night! I'll make it this weekend (FI and I are really excited about this recipe hahahahaha)

    L: Grilled chicken over romaine with sauteed peppers and salsa (5)

    D: Grilled buffalo chicken over romaine with blue cheese dressing and carrots (8)

    S: Greek yogurt (2), mini babybel (1), greek frozen yogurt bar (2)

    Edited: My office is out of skim milk so I had oatmeal instead of cereal for breakfast and now have so many points left. UGH.



  • B- Oatmeal and blueberries
    L- Tuna Salad
    S- Fiber one Bar
    D- Taco Soup

    E- CrossFit
  • B:  1 pc. WW toast with a little whipped butter, 2 scrambled eggs with hot sauce, 1 pc. deli ham; coffee with a splash of whole milk

    L:  RS Braised Chicken Thighs with Almonds and Raisins (it was AWESOME) over brown rice medley; roasted green beans; grapes

    S:  apple + cashews

    D:  ST Chicken Rollatini Stuffed with Zucchini and Mozzarella, asparagus and cherry tomatoes with balsamic reduction and feta; pineapple

    WO:  none!  rest day before starting Insanity over tomorrow
  • B - cheerios, dry and an apple
    L - Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Beef Teriyaki.
    D - Not sure yet. Maybe cheese and spinach ravioli and garlic bread sticks.
    S - Frozen yogurt

    E - arm, back, leg, and ab work out. FI just started doing yoga so I might do that with him too.
