What kind of underwear will you wear?

I'm trying to slim down my stomach a bit more, but I may still want to wear some underwear that also acts as tummy control. I also don't want to feel like a granny on my wedding day. Any suggestions on what works for you guys?

Spanx or Victoria's secret offers a thong version of a tummy control that goes up to the bust, but does not cover the bust. I kinda like the thong idea (but I'm comfortable wearing anything).

Or, a long line bustier that is a white lace is an option, depending on your dress and what you're looking for.

 I wore lace boy-short booty style undies with my dress, & swear by them for tummy control! I pretty much only buy the boy-short booty style undies, as they are the most flattering on me, with or without clothing. You can get casual, or lingerie styles pretty much anywhere. Victoria Secret, La Senza, etc. I had to wear a specific bra with my dress, which was just a fancy white one. So I definitely wanted to snaz up the panties! Lol.

I wore a thong. But I wear thongs everyday.

If you want tummy control, I would wear spanx, or something like spanx. They are probably the least sexy things ever but they work. You can always change into somethign else for your wedding night.

I'm probably going the all-over granny route with that full-body shaper.  I will probably change into a lacy nightie for the wedding night.

I will have on a thong, under a knee to bust body shaper and then a corset...

I wore spanx high waisted sheer pantyhose. They had a gusset (opening in the crotch) so I didn't wear any underwear. And no bra. It was an interesting experience.

I'll go for whatever's the most comfortable. I'm not worrying about it. I figure that I can change into something pretty for later!

My 2nd fitting is a little over a week away, and they said they have sample spanx that I can try on with the dress. I think I'll probably go the spanx route (if they are flattering), and have a sexy pair of undies for later. I'll just make sure my fiance/husband doesn't see the spanx

Haha don't go too far up the dress during the garter toss also a possibility to wear the thing verson of spank and wear cute bridal underwear OVER it.. (a comfy thong underneath?) thong version so there's no material down your thighs for him to see, and if he does look up (does that even happen?) He'll see pretty white bridal panty instead of spanx.

I have some from that I use for running/hiking/etc., so I'm just going to get a new pair for the wedding day.  They are probably granny panties.. but I am all about comfort.  I can always get something saucy for later in the evening.

I'm probably going to buy a cute white thong (which are comfortable for me!) and them I'm debating between some sort of short or just wearing panty hose. I have a ball gown, so I don't need any holding in, I'm more concerned about sweat and chaffing under all the layers! Up top- either one of those stick-on front-only bras or cups sewn in. Will decide at the next fitting. My dress has a built in bustier and a low back so it's more about keeping the girls up than anything else!

 I didn't even think about spanx showing during the garter toss. Luckily I'm not going to be doing that in my wedding anyway. But definitely something to think about for the other ladies
