Any Racine Brides?

I would love to chat and exchange ideas with Racine/Kenosha brides! 

Did anyone go to the Racine Bridal Show today?  What did you think?

    Hi Missie~
    I'm also a Racine bride and  I did attend the bridal show as well...I thought it was much nicer than the milwaukee ones because I could actually get to the tables and talk to the vendors! Was it helpful for you? I will say that the fashion show was a disappointment for me though.

    Have you decided on ceremony/reception sites in the area? We're still in that stage...

    I am a Kenosha Bride, Glad To know I don't have to get married in either Chicago or Milwaukee Have either of you picked a venue? we are having a winter wedding so it has to be inside, any ideas?

    I looked at the Kemper Center in Kenosha--cool historic building!
    Also Dekoven in Racine is pretty cool.
    We've decided to go with the Masonic Center in Racine for our reception. Still haven't decided on a ceremony site though...
    Oh, and I just attended a reception at the Radison in Pleasant Prairie.

    I am a Kenosha Bride, we are having the ceremony at the Kemper Center Chapel and reception at the Radisson (Pleasant Prairie).

    We are currently looking for rehearsla dinner places and  photographer, any suggestions?

    We're going with Mia's Photo (www.miasphoto.com) for our photog.  I LOVED her - she's so sweet and knows her stuff. 

    I think we're having our rehearsal dinner at Pazzo.  We have about 50 people coming, so we need a big space.  But we haven't really looked anywhere else. 

    We're getting married at Holy Communion and having the reception at Roma Lodge, both in Racine.

    We should have a Kenosha/Racine get-together one of these days.

    I'ma Kenosha Bride too! We are getting married in Zion, IL at our church but the reception is going to be at the Founders Hall at Kemper Center. We are using Twisted Cuisine for the food (they are amazing!) My future sister-in-Law just had her reception at the Radisson and it was beautiful! A great day! It is so great to know that there are other Kenosha/ Racine brides...It always seems like everyone is from Milwaukee.
