Sequin dresses are actually pretty easy to find at department stores. theya ren't really  bridesmaids dresses typically, but evening gowns.   Note. Decent sequin gowns are not cheap.

I agree with pp, skip bridal shops unless they also carry evening gowns. You'll probably have more luck at high end department stores like saks or nordstrom.

I can't seem to load their website right now but I've seen gorgeous dresses just like what you're looking for at Saks in the past.

I'd warn you against choosing anything too cheap with sequins though- poor workmanship means the ladies will be shedding sequins through out the night. I've seen cheap sequined gowns that look very sad far too often!
