30 day shred and weight watchers!

With 139 days to go I've finally realised I need to do something! It's suddenly all become very real (ordered my dress!) - has anyone got any hints and tips to speed up weight loss on weight-watchers? I'm combining it with the 30 day shred and swimming three times a week so I'm hoping it starts to work!
