Difficulty finding venue - help please. :)

My fiancé and I have been trying to find a ceremony and reception venue for the past 4 months in the Toledo area with very little luck.  We don't really want a typical country club setting, however, we would love to find a modern/rustic/elegant location (kind of a warehouse or loft type of feel).  I just found photos of the Secor Building, and we like the look of that type of venue.  Our estimated guest count is 100-150.  Any ideas or suggestion are very appreciated!!

We chose Ole Zims barn in gibsonburg, ohio. The owner is wonderful and the barn is very large and in great condition. I love it! good luck
