Accommodations Card

How do I word the accommodations card if there is a block of rooms reserved at the same location as the reception?  Can I combine the reception and accommodations card?

    Is your ceremony at a different location? I have everything (ceremony, reception, and room block) all a the same venue, so I didn't need a reception card, just an accommodations card.

    My ceremony is at the Church down the road, then the reception and hotel rooms are at the same location...
