Tuesday Accountability

B: Banana cream greek yogurt (2), maple and brown sugar oatmeal (4), strawberries and blueberries

L: Carrot ginger soup from ABP if they have it (5), clementines

D: Grilled buffalo chicken strips (5), skinny blue cheese (2), steamed veggies

S: Mini babybel (1), WW roasted almond bar (2), frozen greek yogurt bar (2)

Total: 23/26 -- Fruits and veggies are technically 0 pts but I think they should count when you eat multiple servings throughout the day so I'm ok with being a little low. They were points the first time I did WW and that's when I was the most successful.

    Also drink lots and lots of water. I still feel dehydrated from Sunday and my lips are super dry.

    L - Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer

    D - We're going to the Cheesecake Factory for our anniversary but I plan on getting something on their Skinnylicious menu.

    E - Yoga and arm, back, and legs exercise. We plan on taking the dog for a walk and feeding the ducks since its suppose to be 62 degrees today!
