We have four more months! I counted the other day and it's 19 more weekends until our wedding!
What do you have left to do?

Re: July Brides!!

  • We are about to cancel our ceremony at Caesars... but re-booking at Joe's :) Just waiting to get a quote back regarding rentals to make sure it's not unreasonable. Then our ceremony and reception will be all at one place and with people who actually seem happy to work with us!

Our experience with Caesars has been lackluster from the start and honestly despite the extra stress of this last minute change, I feel a lot more at peace with the decision.

The only thing is now we're strongly considering moving our suite to another hotel as well, which may mean we'll need to arrange for a limo or other transportation. But I'm not complaining about riding in a limo!!
  • Im sorry you are having so much trouble with Caesars! Ive read really mixed reviews about CP weddings and the hotel in general. Whilst I think their gardens are stunning, nothing excuses poor customer service especially for your wedding! I love your idea of ceremony + reception in the same place and Joes is BEAUTIFUL!

  • I can't wait! I'm so sorry you are having issues. I too fell I love with Caesars gardens but their poor customer service and the added reservation fee at bacchanal really turned me off. Nothing but great experiences with aria, I hope it stays that way!
  • I've only seen the Email from Caesars to my future SIL who is helping me with the plans and they wer not very nice at all! We've had a great experience so far with the Flamingo!

  • @katelynswartz So sorry to hear about your experience at Caesars. I had my wedding there in the Juno Gardens and my reception at the Jupiter Pool. The catering department was amazing to work with but the chapel staff left a lot to be desired (in my opinion). It's too bad because their gardens are really beautiful! If you do end up keeping your ceremony there (due to costs) I would recommend really staying on top of them and make sure you double check any invoices they send you as there were several mistakes on mine.
  • I was so happy with my ceremony at Caesars, it was perfect but I agree their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I didn't need to get in touch very often and when I did they did respond quickly but the emails didn't come across very friendly. That extra touch would have made all the difference in the planning. All it would have taken was a better worded email. As soon as I started looking I knew it had to be the Juno Garden and I can't complain about anything on the day it was perfect.
  • I'm so glad it's not just me! I know we could still go through with it and probably have a perfectly nice time there. It's not like Caesars has screwed things up royally or anything like that, so hopefully I haven't made any Caesars brides nervous! It's just really important to us to use our money to support businesses we think are doing a great job instead of just "good enough."
