I'm probably not much help but we were looking at Bellevue Mansion as a possible venue and they use Action Special Events in Newark, CRH Tented Events in Millville, Diamond State Party Rental In Wilm, and Dover Rent-All Tents

PS my friend just told me she used Diamond State for her linens, dinnerware and some other things and they were affordable.
