flowergirl dresses

My brother, his wife, and their three children are all in the wedding. The same thing goes for my fiance's sister, her husband, and their three children. As you can imagine, this means quite the expense for our siblings and I have been really trying to keep the price down. I just can't see paying $100+ for flowergirl dresses. (Heck, the bridesmaid dresses were only $89!).

Do you know of any inexpensive websites for flowergirl dresses? I've been searching on zulilly and have found a couple of options, but I'd like some other places to search. (I want to get them online because one flowergirl doesn't live nearby... and yes, multiple flowergirls ;) ).

Re: flowergirl dresses

  • If your wedding is soon, now's a great time to shop for flower girl dresses and ring bearer suits because Easter dresses are out. Hit up Target, Kohl's, Macy's, etc. and you can find great deals in white, ivory and pastels!

That's where I got mine from
  • Etsy - this is mine. I paid $44 including dress, headband, and shipping,

My niece has been in quite a few weddings, and will be in mine as well.  My sister in law has gotten most of her dresses off ebay.

  • Do etsy and ebay have multiple dresses of each one? we have 4 flowergirls (big families, and we're the last ones to get married so our siblings all have children - mostly girls too)

  • My Etsy seller does but I think it would depend on the shop.

the seller on ebay my sis in law bought from did.  I don't know the exact seller's name, but it was a store with many available.    They are probably not the best quality, but for a young girl, who will wear it once then turn it into dress up clothes it was perfect.
  • We're having 2 flower girls (we both have nieces). Our plan is to either buy clearance Easter dresses at the end of the season (we're not terribly particular about what they wear) with homemade ribbon sashes/bows or to get cheapies off of Target.com (Tevolio, their BM dress brand also does flower girl dresses).

We're getting married in October and don't want to buy dresses too early as both girls are still growing quickly. My hope is that we can buy something cheap and a little bit big and have enough room for them to grow. If the dresses are cheap enough, my sister's planning on buying 2 dresses, just in case of a growth spurt.
