So I am not from the area, I moved here last year from Whitewater, and Monday my FI are taking our E-pics. One of my co workers was going to be doing my hair for me (at the point in the time she is 9 months pregnant and today was having really bad back labor pains so I am not sure if she'll be doing my hair now in case she does go into actual labor). So on to my question, what are some good salons in the area for hair and make up? My budget is like 30-50 with tip for hair styling and 30-40ish with tip for make up. I was going to go with Ulta for make up until I get the call saying they are under staffed to do it. I'm really hoping my co worker will be able to do it, but I knew going into it that she would be going into labor any time as her due date nears. I just want to be able to help her out as much as possible with her stylist career and what not.
