I'm trying to find a place in Milwaukee that rents tables and chairs for a reasonable price. Im hosting a Xmas party and in need of tables and chairs.

In fact, there are TONS of flower girl dresses on the David's Bridal website....I'm not sure what the issue is...you can always add a silver belt or ribbon to any white flower girl dress.

Both dresses you linked to in your OP are strapless...so it's a bit confusing as to why you'd want little girls in strapless dresses...
