  • B:  raisin english muffin with whipped butter, 2 eggs, 1 pc. bacon, banana; coffee with a splash of milk (that is NOT working it's caffeine-magic)

    L:  lemon pepper baked chicken, brown rice mix, roasted brussels and carrots; navel orange

    S:  2 stalks celery, 2 TBSP cashew butter

    D:  MS cottage pie and roasted green beans; mango

    Today's not my official weigh-in but just to see how bad my choices were this weekend I weighed myself anyway and I'm +2.2. Moving on!

    B: Fruit cup, banana bread oatmeal (4)
    L: Salad with veggies, chicken, vinegar (5)
    D: Undecided. Not sure what I have to work with in the fridge.
    S: Greek yogurt (2), mini babybel (1), WW chocolate caramel mini bar (2)

    Total: 14/26 (not including dinner)

    B: half a bagel and cream cheese, coffee, banana

    L: tomato basil soup and a grilled cheese from Panera

    D: slow cooker adobo chicken and rice

    E: none today...thanks rain!



  • Despite my resolve to do great this weekend I caved on Sunday and had carbs and lots of salt and lots of wine.  Ugh at least my resolve was ok on Saturday (small victory).

    B: Running to my workout soon so likely none.

    L: Chicken salad with cheese

    D: Either stir fry veggies without the rice or a salad again.  Wine.

    S: Cheese stick, a hard boiled egg or two.

    E: 45 minutes with trainer and cleaning the house for two showings tonight.  Fingers crossed.

  • So I'm proud of myself because I cooked the whole chicken by myself and it turned out great! It was as difficult as I thought and it tastes great. Plus we leftovers for the rest of the week.

    B- Oatmeal

    L- leftover Killer soup that I made Saturday.

    D- More Soup.

    E- CrossFit
