This gorgeous new with tags size 14 (street size 10)  strapless wedding gown with an empire waist was purchased in 2013 in Phoenix, and I am the original owner of the dress. Outside of trying it on, it has never been worn. It features a flower bodice and a floor-length gown with layers of ruffles. There is a jewel embellished satin ribbon at the empire waist. It is perfect for the bride who wants elegance and style. It is a private label. No alterations have been done, and the dress has been kept in a pet-free, child-free, smoke-free home. There is a hot pink garment bag that comes with the dress. The dress is located in Phoenix, Arizona, but I will ship to anywhere in the United States.
