I am looking for a DJ for my afternoon May wedding and my budget is about $400. Is this at all possible? I'm only really looking for someone to play our playlist and make announcements ie: cake cutting, garter toss etc. Our reception is a small venue so I wouldn't have room for a huge DJ booth I'd really just need a small PA system.
