Rustic Locations in Chester, Bucks, or Lancaster County?

We are looking to stay under about $4,000 for a venue for our reception of about 50 people. We want rustic charm but being wedding photographers ourselves we want a location that will photograph well and have a good area outdoors for photography.

Our date is October 17th, 2015 and so far all the venues we have looked at are completely booked. Any recommendations?

did you try the gables? i think it's in chaddsford.

Here's a website I found when I was starting out.  It's got a list of rustic venues in PA.  Maybe it will help. http://www.rusticbride.com  I've been to a couple of them - Duportail House and Barn on Bridge are beautiful but I know nothing about pricing.   Good luck!

I second The Gables at Chadds Ford. Great venue and reasonably priced!

We booked The High Point in Malvern. It's a rustic barn feel. Great location, surrounded by trees earns even has an old historic chapel on site.

Rosebank Winery looks nice too. But I think you have to serve their wine...
