I'm looking for a make-up artist and hair stylist who is in the Waxahachie area. I'm not opposed to someone who's in school needing help to build porfolio either.

    I used Angie Williams (awweddinghair.com).  She travels, but she is based in Frisco and might charge to go as far as Waxahachie.  I still totally recommend her!

    Have you tried Craigslist?  I know a lot of "just starting" vendors advertise there.
