The firefly is a real contender in my books if I dont hear back from the hotel catering dept soon. The pricing is amazing, even with the $200 room fee and $1000 min I know we would meet that if I do an open bar. My mouth is watering just looking at the menu. Any other pocket friendly places??? I looked at the Buffet at the Cosmopolitan as well I just don't like the fact that the private room is actually a test kitchen.
