NEED HELP, Atlanta high-rise building.

Looking to propose at the top of a building in Downtown/Midtown Atlanta late April. We are taking a trip there for our anniversary. To clarify, I'm not looking for a restaurant that is "rooftop", I'd like a PRIVATE tour to the actual roof, so I can Propose, nice picture or two, that's it, Dinner could be part of it, I know of several "rooftop" restaurants (top floor not literally rooftop) the we could go to, then maybe building management could take us after the meal to the actual open air roof. not even looking to bring a photographer, Ideally I'd ask our escort to take a photo, kneel, pop question/ring (in a TARDIS box).

Same here. I'd just starting calling the restaurants you know of with a rooftop restaurant like The Sundial and ask them if roof access is available.
