I am really angry! I ordered some Asbach Uralt brandied chocolate cherries for DH's birthday. They arrived dried out and bloom covered. I have no way of contacting the supplier, since it is fulfilled by Amazon. The website gives me the option of "returning" the product for a refund. I am so disappointed! I usually buy them from Mostly Chocolate.com, which is easy to phone up if there is a problem. I tried Amazon to combine postage. Big mistake! Never again!
Any suggestions? I already gave them the worst feedback I could write in less than 400 words. My biggest problem is that there is no way for me to directly e-mail the supplier and explain the problem.
DH is so sweet about it. I know he is disappointed. Oh, to be in Rudesheim am Rhine!
